Please note that any defects or rejection will only be considered by Sculpt under the following
circumstances:

1. When the defect is a manufacturing defect; or
2. When the product purchased by you on our website is damaged during delivery of such product. Upon receiving your written intimation within 48 (forty eight) hours of delivery of the product regarding a defect or rejection of such product, along with details of the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and a photograph of the product claimed to have a manufacturing defect or a product damaged during transit, an investigation will be carried out by Sculpt or agencies appointed by Sculpt. Based on the results of the investigation, Sculpt shall either (i) accept the damaged and/or rejected product and replace it with a fresh product, or (ii) accept the damaged and/or rejected product and refund the amount of the product paid by you, when there is no availability of the product, or (iii) reject your claim of defect and/or rejection. You agree that Sculpt’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding and no claims thereafter shall be entertained by Sculpt
