1. Place the base stand in the steamer or pressure cooker and fill water to the top of the stand.

2. Remove the stand from the cooker and place one tray on the stand. Press (Pinch) the clasp inwards until it fits into the locking slots in the stand

3. Add additional trays on top perpendicular to each other to assemble the trays, ensuring the tray with the silicon handle is at the top. Fill the batter after assembling each tray. Ensure the trays are locked before placing in the cooker.

4. Once the idlis are cooked, allow the trays to cool for 5 minutes before removing them. Press (Pinch) the clasp inwards to unlock, and lift the trays out of the locking slots. Gently scoop out the idlis with a spoon

5. The trays are dishwasher safe. Once washed and dried, stack and place them in your drawer for future use.

We use a highly polished grade of stainless steel and surfaces are prone to scratches if misused, Do not use abrasive cleansers, solvents or scrubbers as they may dull the finish and result in scratches. All products should be cleaned prior to initial use. Wash with warm soapy water. It is dishwasher safe.

Please note that any defects or rejection will only be considered by Sculpt under the following
circumstances:

1. When the defect is a manufacturing defect; or

2. When the product purchased by you on our website is damaged during delivery of such product. Upon receiving your written intimation within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery of the product regarding a defect or rejection of such product, along with details of the order number, date of transaction, delivery address and a photograph of the product claimed to have a manufacturing defect or a product damaged during transit, an investigation will be carried out by Sculpt or agencies appointed by Sculpt. Based on the results of the investigation, Sculpt shall either (i) accept the damaged and/or rejected product and replace it with a fresh product, or (ii) accept the damaged and/or rejected product and refund the amount of the product paid by you, when there is no availability of the product, or (iii) reject your claim of defect and/or rejection. You agree that Sculpt’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding and no claims thereafter shall be entertained by Sculpt
