The AQx Sports Aquatic Training Shoe "ATS" is great for fitness, cross-training, rehab and recovery. It was designed to make deep-water running feel more like land-based running and also works extremely well for shallow water activities. Resistance is 2-3 times depending on your velocity. Designed based on the principle of "specificity of training"...that the deep water running movement pattern needs to be closely aligned with a land-based running style to maximize the benefit to the runner.
